Cast and Cure creates its unique decorative effect by embossing ultraviolet coatings and varnishes. No harmful VOCs are emitted during the process. In addition, since Cast and Cure avoids laminated metalized films, it does not affect the native recyclability of a package. Cast and Cure film can be reused over and over again so the process is economical. A wide range of sustainable UV coatings and varnishes can be used to further enhance the sustainability of finished pieces.

Anyone sourcing large quantities of holographic material in any form should consider cast and cure.
